Many people who practice yoga believe it can improve your mood and help you feel more relaxed.

There are many different types of yoga, each with its own specific focus. Some types of yoga include:

● Pilates
This type of yoga focuses on core strength and flexibility. It can be done at home or in a studio setting. It helps you improve your posture and balance while strengthening your muscles.

● Bikram Yoga
This type of yoga involves 26 postures performed in a heated room. You must wear loose-fitting clothes, as well as socks, slippers, and an athletic-type hat with a visor that covers your eyes completely so you can’t see anything else but what’s happening around you during class time.
