Our wellness programs promote building community in an environment that allows trained and qualified staff to monitor progress.

It is a growing trend in the health and fitness industry. It’s a way to promote active lifestyle, which can include activities such as running, hiking, dancing, and swimming.

The goal of active wellness is to be physically active as often as possible while also eating right and getting enough sleep. The idea behind active wellness is that regular exercise can help you feel better overall.

There are many different types of activities you can do to get active. If you’re interested in getting started with an activity that fits your schedule or interests, there are plenty of options available:

Zumba is a fun and energetic dance exercise that can be modified to meet any fitness level (standing or sitting). It combines cardio with dance moves that help you lose weight, tone your muscles, and improve your overall health. Zumba classes are taught by professional instructors who will make sure you have a safe and enjoyable experience.

The classes are structured around a set of moves that are either high energy or low-energy—depending on the instructor’s mood or the level of intensity needed by the class. The moves are danced to popular music, which can range from fast-tempo salsa to slow samba.

The high-energy sets include some of the more popular dances such as salsa and merengue. These sets tend to be more physically demanding than other classes because they require participants to move their bodies in time with the music. The low-energy classes include bachata and reggaeton, which focus more on the body’s core than its muscles.

Active Wellness’s yoga classes offer relaxed and stress-reducing using gentle stretching, deep breathing, and imagery-focused techniques to stretch and destress. It is an ancient practice that incorporates physical postures, breathing techniques, and meditation to help you achieve a state of well-being. Many people who practice yoga believe it can improve your mood and help you feel more relaxed.
